Our Pay-As-You-Go option offers ultimate flexibility for businesses with one-off consulting needs who may or may not be Launch clients.
At just $125/hour, this model is perfect for those who require specialized support without committing to ongoing services. There’s no need to sign up for a long-term plan—simply book as needed and pay only for the time you use.

This plan is best for:
The Hourly Plan offers the same $125/hour rate as the Pay-As-You-Go option but comes with the added flexibility of a Net 15 payment schedule, allowing clients to pay within 15 days without requiring a credit check. This plan is perfect for clients seeking structured payment terms for ongoing or recurring needs. There are no monthly minimums associated with the Hourly Plan, but it does include a $120 sign-up fee, which recurs annually as an Annual Client Maintenance Fee. This annual fee ensures your account remains active in our billing and client systems, and keeps a Client Success Manager on your account, so we are always ready to assist you whenever needed. To opt-out of the annual renewal, clients must notify us at least 20 days before the anniversary date of their plan. If the cancellation deadline is missed, clients have 14 days to request a full refund of the fee.

Our most popular option, the Ultimate Flex Plan, is a subscription-based model offering discounted hourly rates based on usage levels. Rates start at $125/hour and decrease to as low as $85/hour as your hours increase. Each Flex Plan client is assigned a dedicated Client Success Manager for personalized support. This plan is best for:
Customized plans for clients requiring comprehensive support, with pricing determined by the scope of work, ensuring alignment with individual goals. An example of a managed service plan is a client who wants to setup a 1-year contract for bookkeeping services and they want the bill to be for the same exact amount each month. Managed service plans start at $500 per month and can go into the thousands depending on what activities are being managed (some other examples include payroll and benefits administration, human resources, and more.)

The Technical Assistance Pooled-Hours option is tailored for government and membership-based clients. This model allows organizations to purchase a pre-set "bucket" of hours to provide flexible support for their members. Hours can be allocated across various services as needed, eliminating the hassle of individual billing or tracking. This approach ensures easy access to professional assistance for members while simplifying administration for the organization.
These types of programs typically have three billable rates: technical assistance consulting hours ($125/hr), program administration ($100/hr), and administrative support ($85/hr).
We require an hours allocation of 20% to go toward program management and administration. For example, if you purchase 1,000 hours, you can expect that this will require 200 hours of support (100 program management hours and 100 administrative support hours.)
Software costs allocated to the program are also a factor and can range from $60-$120 per month per Launch team member assigned to the program.
