Inez Olive is the co-founder and lead consultant of JI Solution Services, LLC, a woman-owned consulting firm dedicated to fostering equitable change for Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities. As the Community Engagement and Outreach Team Lead, Inez utilizes her experience as a small business owner to build trust with diverse entrepreneurs facing unique challenges.
