Maggie is a dedicated community economic development professional with a passion for creating just and equitable communities. As the founder of EMBR Solutions, she offers consulting services that include underwriting, financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational support.
- Extensive Experience in CDFIs: With a strong background in nonprofit Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), Maggie previously worked at Craft3, where she invested in projects that promote community wealth and resilience.
- Leadership in Affordable Housing: She served as the director of CASA Community Loan Fund, focusing on rural affordable housing in Oregon, and held leadership roles at MicroEnterprise Services of Oregon and Mercy Corps NW.
- Commitment to Community Engagement: Maggie's dedication to community development extends beyond her professional work. She has served on the boards of Oregon-based nonprofits such as Verde and Adelante Mujeres, and volunteered as a tax preparer for the Native American Youth and Family Center for a decade.
