Tara Martinez is a writer, coach, and advocate for social justice and equity
Tara Martinez has over a decade of communications experience including editorial project management and strategy design and execution. She has six years of grant and RFP support experience – including grant research and management – and has secured over $10 million in funding for small businesses and nonprofit organizations focused on social equity.
- Educational Background: Tara holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Stony Brook University and a certificate in Organizational Development from the University of Minnesota.
- Coaching Credentials: In 2022, she earned a coaching certification from the Academy of Creative Coaching and became a fully credentialed coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in April 2024.
